When I work out, more often than not, I get huge anxiety, somehow I think I'm gonna have a heart attack and everything freaks me out.
I've checked my heart rate shoot up from 115 after light cardio to 145 while sitting down because I'm freaking the fuck out.
I don't feel any pain, and usually happens during work outs.
(It happens at other times like when I go grocery shopping by mysel (wtf?) or when the weather is too hot.)
What do?
I used to play football, then lifted hard af on my early 20's. Now light cardio freaks me...

I've found myself getting sorta nervous before workouts sometimes. I'm not sure why.
this happened to me.. just keep doing your own thing and realize nobody else cares what you're doing. I started doing jump rope in my back yard because i didn't want anyone seeing me running and failing at it, but then I got really good at jump rope and started doing it in front of my building, then started running and then lifting.

All my life i have been skinny as fuck. I cant gain weight. I eat 3 times a day, i bulk down lots of mass gainers and other shit but i can't gain weight, never have.
But i need too. I have a few very risky surgeries coming up and will get anesthesia a few times in a row, so i have to gain weight. Fast.

You may not be able to get away with your weak jaw but you can reduce the effect by gaining a thick strong neck that commands respect.
A thick stump of a neck is way more important than a jawline. The jaw basically sits on top of the neck and with a thin neck it's lack of strength highlights you jaw. The thicker your neck, the more the illusion of having a stronger jaw.

i meant to type low fat med carb high protein diet with some cardio added like 1-3 hours a week. i'm mainly trying to lean down for a police PST in july.
Okay, so it's in my body's nature to have a fucked up cardio.
I fucked it up even more by starting smoking and not doing sport for a couple years.
I've stopped smoking since October now and my cardio didn't seem to get better at all.
I run sometimes. But it bores me and I have a fucked up knee.
Anyway. What are the best methods or program to train your cardio in a certain period of time without running.
I mean I don't know if I'd call it training but I've gotten into biking both for leisure and to commute.
Honestly if you pick up a high intensity sport, I feel like you can get in some good cardio, especially if there is team training.

Mmmh biking has never been a "problem" for me. I mean by that that I never broke a sweat by biking and I live in a small city. The longest road I have to take is probably around 6 or 7km.
Yeah I meant something more high intensity but that I can do on my own.
