Hey /fit, I'm a new lifter. I'm probs 18% BF at 5'9 200lbs.
I was pretty chunky 6 months ago and I'm leaning out pretty well. but my chest and lats have grown a stupid amount, now I have stretch marks on my shoulders, chest, lats and hips.
I rub cocoa butter like 3 times a day, I drink a ton of water and work out 4 times a week. Anything else I can do to try and fight these marks?
>Sitora Yusifiy, speaking to reporters in Boulder, Colorado, said Omar Mateen was a gym junkie and also had a history with steroids.

>there are people on /fit/ who lift more than 3 days a week
You really need to get a life, not even memeing. Full body 3 times a week gives literally the same (if not better) gains than lifting 4, 5 or 6 times a week. This is coming from someone who has lifted for many years, and tried all different kinds of routines. There's literally no benefit in doing more than 3 days. Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut I know you wont listen, because you're set in your ways, you refuse to believe your body could look as good on 3 days of lifting...

I am 22 and went to my first AA meeting tonight. Whenever I drink it turns into an event. I stop going to the gym, get in trouble with my friends and parents, and nothing good EVER happens. Earlier today I drove to the bar i was at last night to get my debit card that I left there. On the way I bought a pint of vodka, sat in a neighborhood, and on the way out i hit a fucking mailbox that shattered my passenger window and put a fat crack in my windshield. I've done about $2,000 worth of damage on my car this year alone. The meeting made me feel better...

I live with an alcoholic and work for a recruitment agency which gives work to alcoholics.
Find another hobby other than drinking I guess, literally you have acknowledged the fact that YOU have a problem. It's time for you to take the initiative and do something about it.
I think I first started drinking fairly heavily around 21 but started around same age as you OP. It is hard. There are times when I feel perfectly okay not drinking for a month and there are times where I can't stop thinking about it. I've cut back a ton this year but I know I could end up drinking 4 or 5 times a week again pretty easily if I let myself.
Quitting outright is probably the best solution but I know it's not what you want to hear. There are support groups without the religious bullshit out there, too.
do you guys do anything for your abs or are compounds enough, pic related is goal
Hey /fit/, what are some god tier midnight snacks?
Whats happens if you take roids at like 28% BF? If you lift 5 days a week and dont change ur diet? I heard the sides are harsher the higher bf you go? Is it true?
The whole "higher aromatization cause ur a fat fuck" is greatly overstated.
Anyway if you take roids and retain your fatfuck habits, you'll just end up being the same fat fuck but with much more muscles.
Not really that good of a deal. You see those 270lbs fatass top level power lifters? yeah not a pretty sight.
Sup faggots, after 7 months of lifting i decided to buy myself some pre-workout. Wanting to try it and i got it for rather cheap.
What should i expect (besides energy) and should i go straight with the 2 scoops?
Ask a man who just hit 1 plate on the bench press for 3RM after 6 months of training anything
I don't have proof so that you'd believe me so I understand if you are skeptical. Ask away!

Hey, /fit/. Just curios on what your take on fruit consumption is. I eat a diet of no added sugar(I also try to get most of my fat from natural sources without adding any such as olive oil), but recently with all the concern about sugar being linked to cancer and all sorts of diseases , especially fructose, I've begun to wonder if eating fruit daily is really healthy.
Maybe I've simply acclimated to a low sugar diet, but fresh fruit seems to have gotten sweeter over the years whether through careful breading and possible additives(I picked up some 'fresh' blueberries the other day and the damn things tasted like they were soaked in sugar water.) Hell, even vegetables like carrots and cabbage taste sweeter to me than they did a few years ago.
But even supposing the sugar content of fruits and veggies aren't changing, the vitamin content of fruits vs meats and vegetables doesn't seem to justify fruit's added sugar. With as much vegetables as I eat, raw or cooked, I find that they have more than enough vitamins and minerals to justify not eating fruit, the only exception being antioxidants found in berries.
So am I better off just cutting out fruits or am I just being over-zealous?
you wake up and you have the option to transform into one of the guys in pic related. Who do you become?
Hey /fit/, is this guy legit?
Anyone got a /FITndigenous/ guide?
You start with:
1XChill in Village with hunting party
1XHead out into jungle to hunt
1XSpear to boar head
Then you squat the boar or do an overhead press when you are carrying back to the village on a stick.
