I give up, /fit/. How the fuck do I keep up my daily protein minimums? At first I thought i could do it with milk products but THEN you fuckers told me that would have too much sugar or some bullshit like that.
So how do I do it? How do I intake 200g of protein every day without spending a fuckload? Tuna is disgusting, eggs don't have enough protein for each serving, most meat is gross and salmon is too expensive.

might be a fungus, might be dermatitis. put a topical cortisteroid on it, if it gets worse it's a fungus and if it gets better it's dermatitis.
I'm not an expert but I've had some minor skin conditions including a fairly nasty fungal infections a few years ago.

I hope this is the right board to ask this and my question is pretty simple.
I've been trying to change my diet very radically to cut out almost all "bad" food and drinks. However, I keep getting tempted and eat crap here and there.
Anyway, I will be spending the next month working out in the middle of absolutely nowhere and will only get the chance to stock up on food and supplies once every two weeks. I want to use this opportunity to change my diet because as long as I shop correctly that one day I will have no choice but to eat what I bought.
So my question is: What are some reasonable priced, long lasting products that I should stock up on?
I am thinking of getting a huge load of chicken breast, beef steaks and frozen vegetables for dinners (maybe served with brown rice or potatoes) and a few cartons of eggs as well as fruits, nuts and some yoghurt. Canned tuna might be alright to go with some salad?
What could I pack for lunch at work? what are some decent breakfast meals (I eat a lot of cereal with a solid protein content but still they're so heavy on carbs)?

If you have whey blended milk, with a bowl of oats + a bowl vegetables for each meal, you'd be set.

Hey /fit, I'm a new lifter. I'm probs 18% BF at 5'9 200lbs.
I was pretty chunky 6 months ago and I'm leaning out pretty well. but my chest and lats have grown a stupid amount, now I have stretch marks on my shoulders, chest, lats and hips.
I rub cocoa butter like 3 times a day, I drink a ton of water and work out 4 times a week. Anything else I can do to try and fight these marks?

You really need to get a life, not even memeing. Full body 3 times a week gives literally the same (if not better) gains than lifting 4, 5 or 6 times a week. This is coming from someone who has lifted for many years, and tried all different kinds of routines. There's literally no benefit in doing more than 3 days. Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut I know you wont listen, because you're set in your ways, you refuse to believe your body could look as good on 3 days of lifting...
