What is the best protein powder/weight gainer for a skinny guy looking to gain weight as fast and efficiently as possible, but cant meet his required calories through just meals.
I'm going to start GOMAD soon (only weight 120 lbs so its perfect for me), and looking for some other type of powder or gainer I can add to my milk. Open to any suggestions.
If your desperate I will tell you something I do to meet calories sometimes. Take protein powder, add canola or olive oil, and sugar. Measure it out to get however much calories/macros you need(mine is 380 calories). Be careful not to use a lot of oil though, it can act as a laxative(especially canola oil). Real food is always best though.
how can I burn thigh fat?? can i do it just by running or is there any individual exercise?
If you're female, don't unless morbidly obese. Nobody wants a twig gf. If dude, just do cardio and eat right. It's pretty difficult to target a specific area to burn fat. By sticking to your exercise program and eating right, you will lower your overall body fat percentage.
Just to make you remember that there is nothing wrong with going under 10% bf for long periods of time. You are paranoid for thinking otherwise because it is perfectly healthy to stay at 7% bf. You guys are incompetent loosers, that's why you are not making it.
Can anyone help me? My sister wants to start training with me, and I can't seem to find any decent female training routine online (everything looks like a fad). She is an absolute begginer and will be doing this while cutting (i think that's the best option), so take that into consideration please.

How do you deal if someone says you smell in the gym?
I work full time and once I get home, change into gym clothes and go to the gym, shower afterwards since I work hard and sweat.
I go with anxiety at the gym daily because I'm too self conscious about my smell I guess.
Is it better to jog 5 minutes every day or 10 minutes every other day?
I used to run 20-30 minutes but stopped because it was taking too much time, on top of gym time. But I'm thinking if I do 5 minutes every day it'll be easier to convince myself to do it.

You should do cardio at least 20 minutes to warm up before lifting. Doing 5 minutes of jogging does little to no good.
On your off days you might even want to consider doing a little more.

I have been invited along to a gym. As a slight robot this is a daunting experience filled with fear, loathing, self hate, etc.

I dont use the towels and I've also never seen anybody else tip them. Also do you tip the cleaning staff too? Because they probably do more work then change the towels every few hours
