Please, is there any "fun form" of cardio that isnt a chore to do? Day 3 of bike and eliptical and im already bored to death.
Sprints are fun to me. When I'm out on the road I use electrical poles to guide my sprints, so I'll sprint to one then rest until I reach the next one and so on. Turning it into a game can be fun and also challenging.
I don't get why so many people on here actually train for strengh. It's the dumb.

The train of thought on this issue is that strength begets size.
Being stronger means heavier weights. Heavier weights mean more tension on your muscles. More tension means greater stimulus to build muscular size.
So /fit/ I've been working out for a solid 3 months now doing cardio MWF and lifting TTH and just recently switched the two. I've been making good gains but my all time goal is to get a decent six pack, I do crunches (inb4 that's not enough) but I'm just curious what else I can do to help reach my goal of abs

What talking therapies have you tried, and with how many different people? They're the primary form of treatment for depression, but being based on a personal relationship you've got to find the right therapist for you.
Beware that if the marijuana use becomes habitual, it will likely worsen your depression. If the migraines are infrequent, go for it cautiously.
