Are basketball players the most athletic sports players in the world?
So I've been out of the gym for the last 6 months, and I'm starting back up tomorrow.
I'm sure I've lost tons of strength and form, but I've still got my foundation and all the knowledge I acquired...Im not going to jump right back into my old routine again, but I don't know if I really need to start at the very beginning and progress as slowly as I did initially.
Any suggestions for how to begin and then progress after a hiatus?
Ok /fit/, I got a boxing matchscheduled a month from now. Where can I find some decent resources to learn techniques and drills? Im already getting most required equipment (Bag, bag gloves, jump rope, pads)
You shouldn't sign up for a match for a sport you haven't started training yet dummy. You are going to get the crap beaten out you and should opt out. Sign up for a match once you have at least a year of experience
so i work a job that really requires me to stay on my feet all day and we dont really get time to have a meal break and we dont have microwaves.
Any good meals you guys have come up with that I dont really need to microwave and can just eat on the go?

Could be that you sit around too much and eat garbage and go to sleep like shit, could be that you have leukemia.
You gave us no information about yourself. We have no idea how much you work out, what you eat, etc... Even if you did, most of us have minimal medical knowledge and probably cannot help you much.
3 of those sound like B vitamin deficiencies, primarily B12. Try supplementing it. As for the heartburn, clean up your diet and avoid excess garbage food. Vegetables are alkaline and help neutralise any surplus stomach acid causing the heart burn

How to stop cravings? I eat my daily calorie intake but fuck it up at night where I get so hungry. Please don't be sarcastic this is the only thing stopping me from being natty.

Thanks, I'm also gonna start eating more filling shit too, I've also found that drinking more water helps a little. The water thing helps for about 20 minutes then am hungry agin.
How come pretty every single person in "asethetics" crews use to be skinny?
You never see any ex-fat people that end up in aesthetic crews, and when you do it's like 1 in a million.
I'll explain it here: Because guys who start skinny are predisposed to staying lean. Once you gain bodyfat cells they never go away, hence why guys who are fat and lift never really ever get super lean like the skinny guys do.

I don't get how salads are healthy besides being low-calorie. No protein, mostly just water. I've heard eat your veggies my whole life but would it be OK to eat meat and potatoes and rice of my calories are in check.
