Protein powder is helpful for the fact it allows you to get in more protein without any effort of preparing/cooking a proper meal.
You'll be doing A LOT of cooking of meat, fish, poultry etc, if you don't eat protein powder at all.
The only supplement that is worth it's price is testosterone supplementation via injections

So I'm 6'1 133 lbs. I probably get somewhere under 3000 calories a day. If I add in a whole jar of Jiffy peanut butter a day, which is somewhere around 4750 calories, could I just add that into my diet and nothing else? And how quickly would I gain weight?

If you weigh 200lbs and you do 15 body-weight dips and 15 body-weight chin-ups, is that the equivalent to do 200lbs bench press and 200lbs lat-pull down for 15 reps?
The push ups are easier because you aren't really lifting all your bodyweight. The closer your bodyweight is to your feet is the less distance it moves during a push up, therefore the less work you are doing.
The chin ups are probably harder because you have to "balance" yourself under the bar, and with the way the arm is built, you have to stabilize yourself as your center of gravity swings under the bar as your humerus goes from mostly vertical to mostly horizontal.

Neither, all you gains are lost from the weight to the weight selector, to the cables, through the pulley system, into the shaft, out onto the metal bars, onto the arms, through the handles, into the rubber grips. Now you are just moving 5% of the actual weight you should be lifting.
I have a really fucked up knee and one of my greatest fears is that I'll be doing a squat and my knee will crumble and disintegrate under myself.
Because of this, I can't do squats or deadlifts or stuff like that that puts too much stress on my knees. What are some workouts I can do to compensate for that?
Long story short: when I was a kid I jumped over a wall and heard a loud pop from my knee. Shrugged it off because it didn't hurt. About a day later it started to hurt really bad, realized my bones were out of place. Never went to the hospital because I was a dumb kid. 15 years later my bones are still obviously out of their proper position but the only real negative part is every blue moon it'll ache a little. Still afraid it'll crumble under me if I put too much pressure on it
I don't think you actually dislocated it like you think. Your long term knee health will be improved by weight training it, AFTER you get clearance from a physician. They'll probably need an x-ray at least, but if there's any structural weakness then an MRI.
Where is the pain and what makes it start up? Keep in mind that people just doing regular athletics like jumping or sprinting sometimes get knee pain and it's not always a result of shit gone horribly wrong.
