But I have started experimenting with putting all sorts of abominable unhealthy foods on sandwiches under the guise of a very dirty bulk. The best one I've come across is a sandwich with fried cheese sticks, marinara sauce, taco meat, and nacho cheese.

Best cutting meal. 500 kcal, 50 g protein.
Depending on how macros are that day, you can keep taking away ingredients and it's still delicious.

I eat this before bed and when I wake up or whenever I feel like it. With agave, I would eat even if it did...

a pull up bar is literally the easiest to obtain piece of gym equipment imaginable. just buy a door frame bar, either the one that braces agains tthe wall or the one that you screw out and it puehes against door frames. or find a branch
