If you have joint issues they can help with flexibility (but so can free yoga). They are also good for reducing lactic acid after a really big workout (but so is free foam rolling).
But they are pleasurable as fuck so if you can afford them or charge them to your benefits, go for it.
Do I have minor gyno? Or is my BF% just too high and I don't have any pec development. I've worked out seriously for about a year and bulked up way to fast. Gyno isn't very common so I kinda doubt I have it, especially since I'm 19 if that means shit at all. Anyways I've been thinking about maybe starting test soon.

I'm at three months right now and I was really hoping I'd have made more noticeable progress. My gf said she can definitely tell but nobody else has said anything about it.

Specifically I was kind of stuck at a plateau around Feb-April, but really got shit in gear last 5-6 weeks and have dropped a solid 20 just in that time

I'm currently getting discouraged and feel like I'm hitting a plateau as well. I felt like I was making amazing progress the first two months and then have barely made any progress the past month. Just have to tough it out I guess. I'm hoping to lose another 40 lbs by the end of this year... It will be nice to go back to my home town this christmas and surprise everybody by being 60 lbs lighter.

so, I'm pretty skinny. for the past few months, I've been trying to better myself by exercising more, eating healthier, etc. (I'm seeing results.) however, I've noticed that there is a visible "indent" right below my ribs, and I'm just generally skinnier in these areas. can anybody tell me if I can fix this/add muscle to this area by doing certain exercises? or do I just have to build up fat? (pic not me obviously, but showing the area in question and where my bottom rib "drops off")
