Why are so many buff dudes bald? I know steroids make your hair fall but i see a bunch of natties in the gym, and everywhere else, that are bald.
how bad are sugarfree energy drinks for me? i drink around 1-2 of these a day, ive done say probably for the past 3 years
honestly bud 1-2 a day is a lot.
I drink them 1-2 a week...other than the caffeine addiction i dont think there are any long term studies but i wouldnt be surprised if it fucked ur shit up
Kidney stones and possibly gall stones are coming your way. The sweeteners deposit themselves in your organs since they can't be processed and eventually calcify.
If you can limit them and just have coffee most of the time it's probably better.
is this achievable natty?
What are some good skin/face moisterizers and cleansers?
My roommate's friend is studying exercise sciences and he designed a workout routine for the both of us.
Is this a good routine?
I was damned to not find deadlifts or squats in it. What can I swap to add those?
Might be getting a job as a night porter at a hotel.
This could be a major gains goblin right? Shifts are 10pm to 6am, will I have to lift peoples luggage too? Goodbye sweet gains.
I work a similar job with similar hours. Honestly you get used to the workload. Biggest gains goblin is the lack/quality of sleep. Jobs like ours are great for cutting too because of the increased TDEE.
I'm currently 160 at 5'10, thinking of losing 10-15 more lbs before i bulk. I'm also on my third month into lifting. I just hit 2pl8 squat and diddy . and 1pl8 on my Bench, rows and frontsquat. and 40 kgs on my OHP. My Question is, Is it possible to cut without losing strength/muscle mass? and if it's possible how can i do it? I'm already eating 120-140g protein per day on a 1500-1800 calorie diet.
I have been told I look like this guy
>Does lift make up for being Mclovin?
as a man, how can i stop myself from aging? specifically, how can i stop my face from looking older?
things that are obvious:
>eat, sleep, and exercise well
>drink plenty of water
>apply moisturizer and sunscreen
>prevent hairloss (finasteride/minoxidil/ketoconazole)
>maintain 12% body fat or less
what else? i am almost 29 and i want to be slamming sluts in a decade, too.
I am very scared about the possibility of having a lot of loose skin. I started my diet a month ago and already lost 12 kg . My goal is to reach 94 kg , now I have 122kg . I started with 134 Kg . Is there any way to avoid this and not have loose skin ? I'm 22 and 1,94cm btw
Any of you bros getting sunburns yet from hitting the beach?
>Bulgaria banned from the olympics edition
>Be me, few years ago in highschool
>Most of my friends play football
>Always talking about the grueling training
>Brag about their numbers
>Sad that I'm not as strong
>Start lifting, have numbers comparable or greater theirs
>Actually see them workout one day
>Half squats, cheat...

Too bad you can't run a mile without having a heart attack. Also zero coordination with a ball makes you look like a retard no matter how strong you are.
It's hilarious how many "fitness enthusiasts" from my uni are never up for a sunday footy game. Probably too embarrassed.
>be in high school wrestling
>talking with a group of teammates, I'm the heaviest one there (~170 pounds)
>all the 130 pounders talking about how they squat 455+
I didn't even lift at the time, but who were they trying to fool?
