Doing seated military press cause my plates hit the roof in my garage
I'm making sure to grab the bar correctly and keep my head straight. But my lower back and spine feel like snap city. I start with 45# warm up
Then add 10# each side and my spine says fuck it
If you're lifting for aesthetics is it better to eternal (lean) bulk for 2-3 years of lifting for muscle gains or is it better to cycle them?
Will people still think you're juicy during this time if your abs are barely visible when not flexed? still get mired?

youd be surprised what normals think about a dude that's been going to the gym consistantly when most guys are fat and skeletons
Id say lean bulking is better because once a fat cell is created via hyperplasia it can't go away. Only can get smaller.
Plus aggressive bulking is sort of a meme.
If you're eating enough protein at a slight caloric surplus (250 calories) you're going to make the same gains than if you ate at a 500+ Calories, gained 10 lbs of fat, because then you have to eat at a caloric deficit to lose those 10 lbs.
Dear /fit/ what can I do to work my chest without a bench. I tried dumbbell flyes but I couldn't feel a fucking thing, I checked form and it seems to be good but idk? Same with floor press, can't feel anything in my chest. Weighted pushups I can but I need something else y'know.

Pushups will work your chest as well as arms and stomach (if your body is straight, similar to the Plank position).
Remember, friend, Bruce Lee only ever did bodyweight exercises that you can do mostly at home or by building your own bars etc.

Hey fit, i am 130lb and I dead lifted for the first time 2 days ago. I did 4 sets of 8 from 135 to 170, i had someone watching my form as well. because of this my back has reached soreness levels beyond what I could have possibly imagined, any stretches or solutions to this?

Go to Strength Theory or go to scoobys site and read up on cardio and lifting.
Basically low/no impact LISS cardio under 60 mins is not going to effect your gains be it strength or muscle.
Cardio kills gains is a meme, stop been a lazy fatty and get on the exercise bike everyday.

iv been doing cardio for a while and i noticed im gaining muscle as well, and its equally distributed.
whats the point in weight training if not just for sicc abs and all that bullshit.
in my opinion a person should be light and agile, but maintain power as well.
Why do you lift ?
At first because I wanted to change the way I looked.
Now because I like looking the way I do, I want to look even better, I enjoy the act of lifting itself, and increased attention from the opposite sex feels really good.
