After months of alcoholism I collapsed and got hospitalized about a month back. But I'm back on /fit/ and I'm going to get back to how I was before the self-hate. I hope you're here with me.

i have a question
im having some issues with weight loss. my goal is to reach 75/80 kg, in about a year, losing almost 5kg per month / 1kg per week. the issue is that im gaining strenght a lot and having harder muscles
im kinda stuck now between 129/131 kg, and i would love to lose weight while gaining some muscular mass
its normal to yo-yo during a month at this weight?
i started training with 135 kinda 4 months ago.
Is nofap a placebo?
Since the natty limit--that is, the point at which one realizes their full potential of muscular development--is different from everyone, isn't the use of the word "limit" a misnomer? And if so, what would be a better term? Peak potential? Optimal development? Full Patton mode?

Cheat days are retarded for anyone. If you have a problem with binging diet permanently and find healthy foods that satiate your cravings or don't have a bazillion calories if you binge on them.
Okay so I have an android and while I was at the gym my friend, who has an iPhone, kept his workout on a to-do list fashion and when we were done with a workout he would check it on his list. I'm trying to find the same function as android but can't find anything. Also do you guys also make notepad checklists for workouts?

Supplement bill for a pro bodybuilder is at least $20k per year and that's a conservative estimate. With all the time they spend training, preparing food, and eating and injecting on a strict schedule, holding a full-time job becomes impossible. No wonder they do g4p to finance it all.
Why can't you get big and lean naturally?
Well /fit/ I'm doing it. Having mini-abdominoplasty to surgically remove lose skin after losing weight, 1 week from today. The total cost came out to 6,500 USD.
The only drawback is going to be up to a month of not working out, at least nothing very strenuous for several weeks after the surgery.
How have you coped with having to take time off? Just thinking about it has me demotivated; knowing I won't be able to do much for awhile has made the last week or so pretty blah.
Worse, I'd thrown my back awhile before that, so by the time I can squat again...
