Is it dangerous to squat with flat feet? Any good shoes? Has anyone fixed theirs?
All with flat feet should be rounded up and shot, its the only humane thing to do. They are less than animals, they are practically the scourge of mankind the instrument of our destruction and the masterminds behind the islamic immigration
What's the best Testosterone booster that won't make nipples puffy or have side effects but actually works? I need to be able to get it off Amazon.

>People on /fit/ do one of the most dangerous exercises for shoulder health their is.
Why do you insist on causing yourself shoulder impingement /fit/? It takes 6 months to heal once it's impinged. Stay away from bench and OHP you idiots. Or enjoy injury.
I swear I don't really feel it in my back. I thought this was a back workout?
It's a compound workout, so it hits a number of muscles on your body. If you're not feeling it in your back at all, my guess is one/several of the following:
- Your form is wrong
- You're not lifting to your potential
- Your back is considerably stronger than the rest of your body, meaning you'll feel the strain in other areas first

are raisins /fit/ approved? they're just dried grapes but they also have shitloads of sugar so they're pretty high in calories. i've started bying them as an alternative to fresh grapes because they keep longer and cost way less in the long run. they're pretty good at curbing snack cravings if you stick to no more than 1/4 cup (approx 130 cal)
>What is it?
One hundred pushups
One hundred situps
One hundred squats
10 km running
Do each set of the workout consecutively, with no rests in between reps. PWO meal is a banana.
Do not use AC during the summer or winter for optimal results.
Day 1 for me. Currently doing my squats first, next is pushups, then situps, then running. I'm taking rests in between reps for the first few weeks, as many as needed. Hoping to work up to...

I'm not trappy.
This isn't bait, I'm actually doing this.
The 100 squats made my legs burn, I'm doing the pushups now. Never done so many pushups before, so I think this'll take a while.
You guys, not sure if this is the right place, but who would win in hand-2-hand combat: 10 UFC fighters or 10 FBI agents?
Those of you that have managed to quit smoking - How do you deal with the night sweats / insomnia? Was this a problem for you guys?
Also to keep it /fit/ related did you notice increase in gains? Mental or physical?
I can't help with the question OP since I don't smoke but since smoking is bad for your health, the question is already fitness related. Ya didn't need your last sentence to make it fit related.
have a bump
Friends dad smoked for 40~ years straight and quit using a vape.
Started at high nic level because he was smoking 1-2 packs a day.
Every 1st of the month he would drop down a nicotine level.
After about 6-8 months he was down to almost no nicotine then did one month with 0 nicotine then stopped the next.
if food is energy then shouldn't fat people be the most energetic people in the world?
How many you guys drink them? Are they really that bad for you?.......Get me off them cause as of now i can't go a day without two of them.
i only drink pick related because they're refreshing, and arguably the least unhealthy energy drink along with their rockstar recovery counterparts. very low sugar and non-carbonated.
pre-workout powders however i go balls to the wall with.
Alright, i'd assume most hate these questions, but I just want to see what diffrent diets etc some people use. Articles are kinda bullshit, as they rarely show downsides etc.
What is the best way of losing weight, in the span of 1 month, for a non-obese person?
The only strat ive had before is starving, but that seems to fuck with you once you eat again so.
I'll be joining a gym in about 2 weeks time, been eating really well for the past few days as well as getting fixing up my sleep schedule, already feeling the effects of the /fit/ life, however, I'm curious as to how working out will manifest itself outwardly, i.e. will my face look healthier, will I feel sharper, more flexible etc.. Just want to know how people felt a few months into a good routine, in general, whether it be mental or physical, what were the changes etc
pic not related
>already expecting results
Holy fuck you're not gonna make it. Don't lift and expect super gains after each session, looks and muscles will come but it will take at lest 2 years of constant lifting so others will notice you got ripped. For yourself maybe a few months, one day you'll look at the mirror and see that you've got some muscles you've never seen before. That's how it works.
