What are your thoughts about Fat burners?, Have you ever taked them?
I take them very consistently, tried mainly yohimbine, ephedrine, caffeine. I honestly have no clue if they do jack shit unless done on an empty stomach but at this point I'm just addicted to the caffeine

Pull ups? Fuck yeah. Pushups? Getting my dick sucked by Mother Teresa. Squats? Not bad.

I HATE core exercises. The best ones I've found are decline sit-ups with a medicine ball. That and flutter kicks are tolerable.

Just bought some and my ass looks great in them but I know some DYEL is going to judge when I wear them at the gym.

I have been counting my calories for a few days and I want to make sure I'm not doing it wrong. I'm eating at a 300-500 defect.
