Not a fbb but she did a cycle, you know for them ass gains.
Bitch was crazy, mood swings and horny all the time. If I had no time she would go crazy and give me shit, probably fucked the first person to approach her.

Shiggydiggy wew lad
does alchool indeed kill gains. and if so then how. lately i've been drinking pretty often ( once a week ) and i didn't notice any change in strength, but i'm a bit leaner since i'm cutting. how much gains did i lose
can you guys help me estimate my bf%? i think it is about 13 15%, i don`t have money to buy any tools for measuring. I tried measuring it for free with a device that you squeeze in your hand about a week ago and it showed me 19% so i don`t know if it was accurate. can you guys help me?
How are you going to cope with losing your gains/aesthetics?
Let's face it the vast majority of people on /fit/ are in their earlier twenties. Most people do not lift when they reach their 40s and 50s, and I fail to see how /fit/izens will be any different. Most people on this board will probably not be lifting in 10-20 years time. If you do get to that age and still lift you will probably not be as aesthetic as you were when you were younger. Even if you do want to lift you may have an accident or some sort of injury that prevents you from doing so.

Well I am 28 (started at 24) and in the best shape of my life and I'm only lifting 3 days a week.
No plans on stopping anytime soon. I don't go over-board and take it to the extreme like you guys do so I wont burn out.
>When you lift 5 times a week on a 1700-1800 calorie cut
It has to be done.
Shit guys, my right lat is bigger than my left, what do?
Hey not sure if I'm doing this right but I'm looking for help making a plan to get in shape. I'm currently around 140lbs and that's almost entirely fat. I read through the sticky but was wondering if anyone could help with my specific situation
