If you have terribly strong traps, if you strengthen them and make them grow, can they help scapula stabilizing? Can having strong traps help with anterior shoulder pain? Can they keep the shoulders down and back at all? Does it have anything to do with shoulders?

The tongue is a muscle, right? Is there any way to get gains with it? I don't really know what it would be good for, but I want to train all the muscles of my body and aside from my sphincter and stuff this is all I can think of.
Why ? It doesn't really provide any advantage as long as it works properly. If you want to train your jaw I'd recommend Falim gum. Otherwise, maybe do tongue to roof of mouth exercise?

Everyone should use a scale and track calories accurately for like a week or two, until your caloric estimation is on point.
If you look at a meal, and dont know roughly (to wihin 100kcal margin of error) how many kcals it is, you should track calories.
I track calories on a cut. I never track calories on a bulk which is probably why my bulks end up being dirty and sub-optimal :(
