How much water do you drink?
How do I sleep? I keep fucking waking up at 3:30 to 4:00 AM even though I'm going to bed at 10:30 or so. This has been going on for the past 3 weeks.
I've had small bouts of being unable to sleep in college when I was stressed out, but I have nothing going on right now.

How should a person adjust thier caloric intake if they sleep between 2-4 hours a night? Should I be eating less or more, and how much?

I strongly disagree. Muscle growth occurs for like 9-32 hours after your workout. If one day you have chest and the day after you got legs, im pretty sure your chest will keep growing just as fine. Also when you sleep.
2 days in a row without work out seem odd to me , first time since i started working out 9 months ago, so i was wondering if , at least the 2nd day i should cut down some calorie intake.

Eat properly. Acne and skin problems in general are 90% diet.
I don't support keto but it's an excellent diet if you're trying to sort out your teeth or skin or hair.
Cut out anything processed, cut out sugar and refined carbs. Eat 70% vegetables and wait a few weeks. Also drink more water, sweat is full of dirt and things the body doesn't want inside it, water helps get rid of it.

If that's your whole eating plan most of those prots are going straight through your butthole. If it's not, you get protein fom other meals too, so you don't need nearly that amount
