I'm a 16 year old male. 5 foot 11, 136 pounds give or take. I have good strength proportional to my weight. For reference I can do at least 50 sit ups in 2 minutes and 50+ push ups in 2 minutes. I have a gym membership and an exercise mat at home. What would be a good plan to overall improve my strength and fitness?

As someone in the Navy (obviously not a seal) now, I'd say pick another plan
The seals are genetic freaks who have figured out fitness before middle school, they are the people who enjoy running until they pass out in exhaustion

OK, /fit/izens, I need some concrete help. It's time for me to begin a new diet, or new way of eating, and I tried a couple times myself but failed miserably. Basically I need to similar to paleo, with lots of protein and vegetables, and almost no carbs. I look around the net and the meal plans are ridiculous - 20 ingredient and two hours to make each meal. Fuck that. I need simple, fast, good food. Realistic meal plans.
Breakfast is easy - sausage, eggs, what have you. It is lunch and dinner that are killing me.
Been working out for 3 months now,what do you guys think?

Monday-Bench Press 5x5,Incline Press 5x5, Weighted Dips 3x5.
Tuesday-Squat 5x5, Standing Calf Raises 3x5.
Wednesday-Deadlift 5x5, Shurgs 3x5, Weighted Chin Ups 3x5, Bicep Curls 3x5.
Thursday-Overhead Press, Lateral Raise, Rear Delt Raise.
Friday, Saturday,Sunday- Rest

None of these things have made me feel better and I think I'm going to spend some of next months paycheck on some roids.

Is eating steak and broccoli everyday worse then chicken and broccoli?

If you're hitting calorie and macro goals no. I eat a lot of chicken for lunches because it reheats well but imo steak and pork doesn't so I eat those for dinner a lot when I can cook fresh.
Can someone recommend high protein, high fat foods that are easy to make and don't cost too much?
I don't really care about taste but I can only eat so much cottage cheese and canned mackerel.
Why are you building yourselves up for hours every day when one of pic related makes it irrelevant? I'm a skinnyfat 23 year old and if I want to win a fight I'll just use my pocket knife.
