Any one else have fucked up genetics when it comes to ribs? My siblings have this type of ribcage as well, we get it from our father.
It bothers me because I will never look truly as thin as my fat and muscle content would appear on someone with a smaller rib cage. when I am standing upright, my ribs will always make me look significantly fatter than I really am.
I've also gotten told that they look like a second pair of boobs.

Yes, but find the biggest dude you are comfortable talking too in the gym, wait until he is finished with his workout (for the love of all you hold dear, don't interrupt his workout) let him know you are new, and ask if you can follow him around some. Don't annoy him, and pay close attention to form. don't go heavy early, and watch the strength build up.

The thing is that I've seen plenty of fit/muscular men and even obese (really fat) and hairy men get women easily.
It just doesn't make a lot of sense.
I have a job, dress well and talk to girls but still get rejected every time.
I suck at making convo's and I've been acting like a douchebag in general, because nobody likes nice guys (especially not girls).
Now I think I should get a gym membership and gradually become lean/fit just to get girls.

Working out and not being able to fight is retarded. It's like if I restored a vintage shitbox but I didn't have a license or wasn't able to drive it.
I box and bodybuild. Starting jitz in like a year. I'd probably kick his ass after a year of jiu jitsu by just punching his face in. Seriously, if I hit him bare knuckle full force he'd be sleeping. He can't just instantly arm lock me, it would take one solid uppercut.

I dont do traditional barbell bench press. I only do "dumbbells" usually. Last time I did the traditional barbell bench press was about 8 months ago and I did 120kg for 1 rep I believe.
