In the building materials section I'd do my squats and dead lifts
Just squat bags of concrete over and over to the cart till failure, then load them back to the display
Also the isles can be used as pull up bars
The place is big enough to jog in as well
Usually behind the store is scrap wood
I would bench 8x8s if they had them
You can get a wrist and forearm workout by using the wrenches in hardware and tightening and loosening bolts on the equipment there
