Hey, I want your honest opinion about this. I lost 11 pounds. Cool, I thought at first, but now I feel like I look deflated. What would you choose? A heavier weight with more breasts or slim with not so round and high boobs?
I know there isn't much difference between both pictures and that I could loose even more. I just want to know which road to take as in 1) gain weight + muscle or 2) keep the same weight/lose even more & gain more muscle.

I know his deadlift was wack, but he deadlifts quite heavy. I mean his form was fucked up for 540lbs or whatever it was, but he can probably do a really nice double at 500lbs.

I'm an aspiring fighter so I do boxing, muay thai, wrestling, and BJJ. But I almost count that as work so I don't mention them as hobbies.
Aside from that I play guitar and I'm an avid movie watcher. I also love taking rode trips on my motorcycle.

My body shape is extremely feminine. My upper body is slim and narrow and my hips, backside and thighs are big, flabby and jiggly.

Turkey is a very dry meat because, whereas the leanest red meat has about 4.5/100 grams of saturated fat, turkey has approximately 0. It is also higher in protein than red meat, as is chicken. A slice of turkey breast the size of the average spatula has about 30-35 grams of protein. That's an enormously high number.
There was never anything unhealthy about eating red meat. If you're vegan, that's a completely different issue. The leanest red meat is probably venison (deer), which has so little fat that frying it will only burn it.
Anyway, protein, B12, iron, zinc, creatine, carnosine and even omega-3 if you eat grass-fed beef. Eat steaks & hamburgers from top round or sirloin, but do not add salt. Salt's terrible for you.
If you don't drink enough water, your body will retain it, which means the more you drink, the less your body will bother holding onto. It carries lactic acid out of your muscles and thus helps them recover faster. You'll be able to knock out more reps and more sets if you drink plenty of water. You should drink eight 8-oz cups a day.
So I've been wondering what routine I should choose. At first I was quite sure that I should begin doing a strength routine, but a recent post on 4chan concerning the comparison of the results of a brosplit and SS changed my mind. My personal preferences are Phrakture's GSLP (with some added accessory work), Westside for Skinny bastards, some P/P/L routine or even a brosplit. So what to do, /fit/?
I weigh about 155 pounds am and 6 feet tall, around 15% BF. I honestly don't know about my lifts, I did some minor isolation work and machines but never truly stuck to the compound lifts. A rough estimate of my 1RM bench and squat would be 1pl8. After that I did calisthenics, which I am still doing, it does not yield the desirable results, so I figured getting back to the weights would be better.
