It saddens me to see so many young guys taking care of their bodies but neglecting their oral health. I can't stress enough hos important flossing is.
By flossing daily, you help remove plaque from the areas between your teeth where the toothbrush can't reach. This is important because plaque that is not removed by brushing and flossing can eventually harden into calculus or tartar.

MP Impact whey protein - rocky road - cheap and decent, but my god I wont get at least this flavour again, the taste of sweetener is far too strong.
MP Recovery Evo - strawberry and apple- Great tasting drink, does the job, relatively cheap. 8/8 would drink again.

Hello /fit/izens, I was told to come here from R9K. Something within me snapped and here I am. I went for a run out today and signed up to the local gym. I read the sticky but am lost, and bought a copy of Mark Rippetoes "Starting Strength" book. I have no idea what to do apart from eat a caloric excess and perform the exercises in the book.

Where do you find good running programmes /fit/? I want to be able to run a mile and a half in under 10 minutes (currently at around 12, 11 if I run myself to near death) but most of what I see online are dubious menshealth magazine type programmes, I'm having difficulty finding a site or forum I can trust.
Am I going to have to go with the SS of running, C25K, or is there a decent proven routine for shorter runs?

I have a slower pace at about 8 min/mi. I don't sprint because it always messes up my calf so I stick with longer distance 5-7 miles and every once in a while a half marathon.

Don't worry too much man, it's not a huge deal. Chances are you aren't even as heavy as you need to be in order to be competitive anyway, so a recomp at this stage followed by some further bulking is probably in order.

At 163cm you should pick a height routine.

If you don't think that's suitable, go for SS/SL for few months, reach intermediate lifts, and switch to an intermediate routine. Do your chin-ups/dips.
