Bodyweight general thread. Any of brahs here?
I can do dragon flags, weighted dips/pullups (45lbs), front levers and a couple more bw exercises but i can´t into planches. Do you just need crazy arm strength or is it something else?
Having patellar tendonitis, I am suppose to foam roll that bitch to help stuff out. My question is, how much is too much foam rolling? Can I do it in the morning? Or should I only do it after a workout. Or before a workout? Because I work that bitch hard and it gets really painful so idk about before a workout. advice?
i'm considering switching from stronglifts to starting strength because i fucking hate doing rows. however i also don't want to try doing power cleans. what does /fit/ think of practical programming for strength training?

So I've been taking Vitamin D tablets and holy fuck, I'm a new person.
It makes me feel like I've been out in the sun all day, even when it's cold as fuck outside. It also seems to make me less receptive to the cold.
What other supplements should I be taking?
is there a good beginners guide to bodybuilding?
Hi guys, need help to impress group member. We're doing a assignment where we're supposed to start a coffee business. We thought of starting one where we serve coffee from around the world. I thought of one name but I need help with more. It needs to be funny and catchy. I thought of "Around the world in 40 beans", got the I idea from a movie Jackie Chan was in. What would you guys name your small coffee shop business if you had one?
Thanks in advance.
Why do we lift, /fit/? I need to be reminded of the reasons to go on in this world. So if you have any motivational stuff, post them. They will be greatly appreciated.
I exercise for health. I do cardio and HIIT to have more energy, vitality, and generally feel better.
I also remind myself that civilization is only held together by a thread, and it could all come crumbling down in an instant.
I lift and do HIIT so that I can be a survivor if and when the world goes to hell.
I also lift for strength, so that I might be able to crush those who would try to harm me or my family.
Truthfully, there are infinite reasons why I am fit. But those are the high points.
Do your guys' pubes go up your dick shaft? Pic related
So /fit. shaved or unshaved? Females /fit/izens what do you prefer?
>shaving anything but your face
>being a man
Pick one. Trimming your pubes and under arm hair (or any other areas that are gorilla status hairy) with a beard trimmer is reasonable if you're a super hairy fuck, but any more than that and you're just a not so closeted girly tWink.
What does 'making it' mean to you and how much is being fit involved?
Everyone has their own definition, so what's yours?
>find out that my brother abusing his wife
>want to beat him up
>can't because i'm weak
Should I do MMA or SS + GOMAD?

i'm quitting SL and building a routine and frankly i have no business in building my own routine.
since i can't do some compound lifts (squats and deadlifts), should i do a split rather than a full-body routine? to ensure that i hit all that not squatting and deadlifting misses?
