What can you do to slow or reverse a receding hairline? Is there anything that isn't snake oil that works? I read about removing DHT from the scalp and using oils to help hair grow back but I don't know how to go about that.

I don't know where to find that slut. I've been clubbing and talked to a hot girl but it seems like barely anyone actually hooks up. Most guys just go home empty handed.

Starting Strength is a complete waste of time. Don't fall that fucking meme. Go talk to a trainer at your gym and let them suggest something, and immediately leave if it's starting Strength, though I highly doubt it'd be if he knows anything.

182cm (5'11"+), 89kg (196lbs)
What day did you do cardio in? I do AxBxACx, C is 30 min LISS. Trying to reach 30 min 5 k.
By the way, do you jog on forefoot, mid or heel?
What accesories do you add?
I add dips/flies and chin-ups on OHP/DL day and lat raises and pull-ups/CG cable rows on Bench/Row day. 4x8 rep range....

I've done a program based on SL before, I can probably share some experiences.
It fucks with your gains unless you're just doing light cardio. I was walking relatively long distances every day to go places, but didn't do any real structured cardio. If your heart health is fine and your only goal is strength and/or aesthetics, then I don't see the point in doing cardio anyway.
I did 8x3 db curls, 5x5 bb rows, 8x5 bb shrugs. Looking back, I probably should...

Do any of you actually enjoy this shit or are you just addicted to le meme culture that /fit/ness has become?
