Nope I just mix a bit of milk (like 100mL I guess) with my oats, I never liked the milk but I don't think I'm lactose intolerant, even I were I don't think I drink enough milk to have a real impact

If muscles are being worked when they retract, how come there are no chest exercises that involve bringing your arm all the way across your body, like, to your opposite shoulder? Most just seem to stop in the middle

I've been there fam. weed certainly is a drug and certainly can fuck your brain up.
the trick is to only light up after you've gotten all your shit for the day done. don't wake and bake. smoking it err day will do exactly what it did to you.
instead have a sense of ceremony about it, have your rituals. like put on your favorite music, light candles, go to your special spot or whatever your thing is and really enjoy it - reward yourself for having a good week.
not OP, but I feel like most people who like weed, if they get to smoke it, will smoke as much as possible. Its like telling a fat on a cut that he can take a bite of a cheesburger once a day

I definitely no longer have the energy to Bench Press and OHP on the same day anymore. Same goes for Squatting and Deadlifting on the same day, it's become too hard for me at this point due to my strength levels.

I would say it's because your not eating calorie dense meals.
Try cooking up 500grams of brown rice and 1kg of diced chicken in a sauce and spread this into 4 containers.
If you cant eat each of those in the day then you may want to look at probiotics for intestinal and stomach help.

People addicted to the good old 2 wheels vehicle, 30km per day in an speed of 32km/h, 6 times a week is sufficient to some newbie? should I push a little harder and do more gradually or just maintain it until my body gets more comfortable and double the time/distance?
i'm gonna start doing 10km per day, first time in years doing cardio. i'm just biking back and forth from work though, no rush. Can you say approx cals burned? Will i have problems? its all relatively flat and i don't know what to expect.
I plan on modding my bike by taking off the seat and installing a vibrating rubber phallus for speed!
But seriously though, any biking will burn a buttload if calories, like running. I ride 10 miles a day to work and back, cuz I hate the bus with a passion.

Yesterday I biked 135 km, just for the fun. I love riding trough the countrysite. Part forrest part grasslands. Netherlands, no Mountains but a lot of wind.
I also use my roadbike for home-work travelling.
I'm new to lifting (about 3 mos) and am seeing some nice gains so far. The only thing bothering me is that one of my traps seems to be bigger than the other. It's not a big deal while resting but when I flex it it's gonna start to look pretty weird soon. I only do the 5 basic compound lifts. How do I fix it?
just ignore it and when you shrug/deadlift make sure to engage both traps equally dont worry about the imbalance it will clear eventually. dont work one side with dumbbells cuz i did this with my side delt and it made my trap bigger the the other...just keep hittin the compound movements and focus/engage the weaker side kay?
