Whenever I try to deadlift heavy (350+ lbs), my grip fails. When I do 330-340 lbs, it is easy for my back and legs, but I can barely hold onto the bar. What are some good accesories I can throw into my routine to help with this?
I'm currently just getting started on the texas method if that matters.
Fat bar shit, I suggest farmers walks, trap bar carries if you have one. Go heavy, walk for a minute total at the end of your sessions. You can put the weight down but the clock stops when the weight hits the ground, begins when you're walking again.
Do squats just work your lower body? Or do they also indirectly cause growth in your upper body, such as back?
I'm going on a first date at smoothie king am I gonna make it?
i'm 23 yrs old and i still never been on a date with a grill. good luck OP. do it for us
Hey /fit/ didn't realy know where else to go for this but do you know ways to max hgh, through routines or foods or avoiding certain foods. I'm 18 and hit puberty pretty late so I'm still growing but I'm afraid I'll never make it out of manlet mode cause I used to eat such a shit diet. I've also heard maxing hgh can help increase gains. Any advice and if there isn't any way how do you make being a manlet less obvious.
>I heard you lift, Anon. Want to do the WoD at the Box with me?
This week's meals planned
Hi /fit/ this is my first time posting on this board. I think the subject pretty much explains it I'm a skinny guy ( 5'8" and weight is 141 lbs) trying to gain a bit of weight and get more toned I'm going to the gym 3 times a week and want to know if you guys have any tips for me it can be anything from good foods to eat to tips on how to do the exercises at the gym like how many sets or reps should I do etc... Basically any tips that will help me reach my goal faster that you might have are good thank you very much in advance. Pic related is sort of how...

>been lifting for 1 year
Who on /fit/ can pull something like this for Halloween
Those of you who work: how do you manage? Do you do 9-5 hours? Do you go home after work to get your pre work out before going to the gym? Do you have any time left afterwards?
How much important is stretching?
Do you stretch regularly? How old are you? Does stretching becomes more important as you get old?
What's your stretching routine?
I'll start doing starting stretching tomorrow.
Why do DYELs bother posing shirtless?
Also, here's the album in case anyone is wondering:
Great taste OP
To be fare to Manowar, two of them might lift occasionally.
A lot of DYELs don't know their place and have deluded themselves into thinking their jacked. It's just part of having a blinding ego.
>Was in a relationship with a legit 9
>She dumped me
>She's already dating another guy
>Famous TV guy here on my country, more fit, better looking and more successful than me
>Feeling like shit right now
What to do /fit?
i'm probably breaking a rule or two
>have add, reading the sticky stresses me out and shit
but i just want a quick exact answer
i've got plenty of freetime, plenty of varied sizes of dumbbells, and plenty of area to run around in freely
how do i lose 40-50 pounds and git strong as fuck in as short of a time as possible without damaging myself or something?
hey guys, neighbors security cam caught me getting hit by a car, luckily my girlfriend was not in the car yet and is unharmed. DUI victim/survivor here. ive been home from the trauma center for about a week now, i cant lift due to stitches/staples/etc and still am having trouble walking. i was running a test/tren/var cutting cycle. should i continue cycle or drop some compounds? id like to lose as little mass as i can during this healing. process, but id also like to continue my cut. doctors said at the deficit im at, i will drastically slow my healing process, is this true? i know this is a jumbled mess but im living it up on a ton of hydrocodone right now.
-car was going 40+mph
-the car that i was getting into saved my life
-bitch had an empty bottle of jack daniels, opiates, and a meth pipe in her passenger seat.
-16 stitches, 5 staples, 13 open wounds, NO BROKEN BONES THANK FUCKING GOD, NO INTERNAL INJURIES HOLY SHIT.
also, if anyone can even guess this, what is an acceptable settlement for this? how much money would you expect/accept?
How many calories can you realistically lose on these? I'm thinking maybe 10-20 minutes a day
