I have noticed that 99% of normies that show up in the gym, usually quit within a month or two, while the lonely outcasts and "autists" are always there, making gains. Are you one of them /fit/? I am.

Dinner is whatever meat I can grab—steaks, pork chops, bacon—plus more sauerkraut and potatoes. At 9 or 10 PM, I work out again....

I left 4chan for about 2 months, and came back today to see what's up. People here are too obsessed with height. I'm 5'8 - 5'9 and get a TON of mirins. I have all the girls at work asking me to lift up my shirt to show my abs, then they all wamt to touch. I heard a few of them talking about sleeping with me.
