Doesn't matter which brand you buy it's all the same shit and some have prettier logos. Seems like it just slightly speeds up recovery time and helps me pump out an extra rep on certain lifts. The downside being I fart all the time while taking it for some reason.

Is it a good idea to do compounds 5x5 and add accessories doing them 3x10? I want to build muscle to look good but also to gain in strenght.
Bench Press 5 sets of 5 reps
Dumbbell flyes 3 sets of 10 reps
Dips 5 sets of 5 reps
Chest Press on a machine 3sets 10 reps
OHP 5 sets 5 reps
Something like this. Will I reach my goal if I eat big and lift 5 days a week?
