Why are steroids still illegal, and why are they not allowed in professional sports? Every professional athlete with the exception of maybe soccer players already cycles. Every performer, actor, or celebrity you look up to that is known in at least some respect to be 'big' has done steroids. Should it just be legalized?

I always assumed the back extensions were for health, they made my back and hammer feel good.

Back extensions work your spinal erectors.
But they are already worked really well on Deadlifts, and all lifts that require you to be on your feet as well. They're not needed at all.

Run holding your breath for as long as possible. Alternatively, you can run back and forth, and then stick your head in a bucket of water or kiddie pool or something, holding your breath for as long as possible. I forget the name of the study, but there is a really good program that scientifically advocates for this, based on some indigenous pearl diving communities in the South Pacific that would do these exercises as kids and hold their breaths for literally 10+ minutes.

I used to have croup a lot as a kid and asthma attacks, it got better with age, and I always pushed myself in sports until I couldn't breathe, eventually stopped having attacks around 13, haven't had one in 15 years

I've done things similar to that before, and they just end up causing pain in my lungs and ribs and making me dizzy. I think my body gets confused because it doesn't understand how much air it is actually getting. Idk though maybe I should try it again.
