Can you even reach that as a natty?

PR THREAD
So today I've set my new bench press PR - 70kg.
Also 20kg on biceps with barbell.
18/M/84KG
Did 4 plate high bar squat 4 reps last night
It was 3 reps then my 250 pound monster friend helped me with last rep
Still feels good
>>34537769
Well done man
Whats your next target and when do you want to achieve it?
I beat my OHP record 2 days ago, managed 55KG for 3
18/M/69KG
>>34537910

How do I into good posture, /fit/?
Internet is suprisingly unhelpful.
I have posture like pic related, I spend around 12 hours a day sitting at a computer.
>>34536979
ahh fuck man i would write out the whole thing. I wish I would just screen cap it but ive gotta go train.
basically lengthen your hamstrings and hip flexors you need to fix the pelvic tilt first, then work your rear delts and scapular retraction. Finally strengthen your erecters and post chain.
people in this thread will tell you to do like one or two of these things but the problem is that structural issues are caused by a cascade of problems and you have to fix all of them
>>34537010
>our hamstrings and hip flexors you need to fix the pelvic tilt first
this, always overlooked when it comes to posture fixing
>>34537010
Thanks a lot. Feel free to write the whole thing after the workout, if you have the time.
Who else loves these as a snack?
Soy increases estrogen levels, so I don't eat edamemes anymore.
Those are boss, but I make my own too cheap easy protiens.

OP here, I've also read that they aren't as good at protein synthesis as whey is.
Okay /fit/. I gotta ask your opinion on the Big 3. For many of us, we just wanna have a good and strong body so i ask you this:
Are there any variations of the Big 3 that should be done instead for hypertrophy gains?
I was thinking about it and the snatch-grip deadlift works the upper back more correct? So wouldnt that be a great substitute to a normal deadlift as the lift itself works the upper back more which is an important area to look big in? Get big, get big, get big, get big.
So what say you, tell me the variation to the big 3, even a variation to the...

I'm 182 cm (6 ft) tall and weight 71 kg (157 lbs).
I'm want to weight more and be bigger, my short-term goal is 82 kg (181 lbs).
I'm aware that you can only gain 1 kg (2 lbs) of MUSCLE mass in one month, anything else is just fat.
But, I honestly don't have time to count my macros or eat "clean", because I'm student & poorfag.
GOMAD seems like a nice option for me, although I know I will gain a lot of fat during it, it really isn't a problem, because I burn fat really quick. I already did GOMAD for 1 month...

Posted last night but fell asleep but I thought it might be better as a thread
I'm a fatty and new to /fit/. About two months ago, my cousin suggested I check out Scooby's workshop, pick some exercises, and start working out. I've made some progress; Weight is about the same (maybe a little higher) but I'm noticeably slimmer. Is that how it's supposed to be btw?
Main question: I came to /fit/ and read the sticky and it suggested I do starting strength. looking...

SS was made for skeletons to gain as much muscle and strength as fast as possible. The program was made with idea the person would be on a caloric surplus. You'd be better off doing what you're doing, maybe switch to a high intensity low rep sort of program. If you're making progress doing what you were doing keep going. You should've read SS before starting it.
>>34536527
Are most of the exercises in the sticky tailored to skeletons?
I'm probably going to switch over to SS my body fat goes down. Thanks for the help tho m8
Nah, SS is still good for losing fat too. As a noob you can make gains in a deficit. don't stick to it more than a few months, and definitely add some accessories that you enjoy for parts you want to work on. even rippletits admits to throwing curls into his workouts.
honestly op, if you eat clean and move around at all for several months you'll probably be very happy with the results
>tfw you haven't been to the gym in so long that your calluses are going away
everybody leaves bros
Don't know that feel tbh
>>34536351
So go back to the gym?
>tfw you never had callusues
Can I get a form check on this? Doing hex bar dls, they feel much better to me than regular bar. I'm getting immediate lower back soreness after these, not sure what's wrong.

Fuark, fixed
Yesterday I read that you should "take a week off" every few months or so when lifting, and when you return you'll be stronger / more aesthetic / get easier PRs at the gym. Is this true? I normally just take the weekend off from lifting (I'm not on any gear). What do you guys think? Bro science or fact?
yeah bro its total magic you know
one time i took 2 months off and i came back zyzz
>>34536034
that only works if you're overtraining and can't make any progress
>>34536068
pls no troll.
what is he thinking of his son here right now?
He likes that son. His son has been following his own dreams and not just sitting around using daddy's money with random crap.

It's okay, it will skip a generation.
Anyone else completely zone out on a treadmill?
To the point that you don't remember/don't see or feel anything. Your body is just like in autopilot somehow still running, like I'm hypnotized. Then I'll snap out of it and realize 30 minutes has passed by.
And everything I saw or felt for the last 30 minutes simply feel like they didn't exist. At least I don't/can't remember them. And it's strange becuase I don't lose balance or run off the machine.
>>34535771
Zoning out is a genuine sign of autism. Just sayin.
>>34535778
Ya probably. It helps while running through, since I don't get tired or feel cramps as easily
>>34535771
I've only experienced that when I was working high on THC or MDMA .
>Heating is up
>I'm wearing a dressing gown and browsing 4chan while sipping coffee
>The sun will set soon
>Feeling comfy as fuck
>I still need to leave and go to the gym in 30 minutes
Can I just skip for today /fit/?
>>34535528
No.
