So /fit/, I saw some pictures someone took of me at a park recently and what happens is, my posture is shit. I have a goddamn hump. My shoulders are so high they're only a few centimeters away from touching my ears. It's real bad. So what's a good tried and true stretching routine I can use to fix this?

You make your body/strength better by working out.
Stop thinking its a priority or a magical fix or key way or life.

This dude that goes to my gym does 3 - 4 hour full body workouts at least 6 days a week maybe 7 days. Is this safe? How the fuck is he doing this?

Hes either not training hard enough and/or on steroids, more realistic: hes lying to you so you think whatever he looks like is pretty much the result of 4 hours of gym a day lel.

squat over 400 pounds for 5 reps, still look like a gust of wind would sweep me off my feet. Even started riding my bike for 40 kilometers to and home from work in order to get bigger calves, nothing works. my forearms are freaking bigger then they are, jesus, my 120 pund GF has bigger calves.
