slowly reduce your intake fag. go from 3 cups a day or whatever, to 2.5 cups then to 2 and so on. or you can stop being a puss and go cold turkey, it's what i did years ago as a fat 12 year old. if a 12 year old me could do it then you can too
All I eat is chicken and spinach. I take fish oil and multivitamins, drink protein shakes, and occasionally drink whole milk. Am I gonna die?

I'll start. What should I have for dinner? Vanilla pancakes cooked in butter with a chocolate double scoop shake ~or~ literal dog shit ~or~ cheddar grits with pepper and shaved medium rare steak on top.
I haven't had a real meal in 2 days
I don't feel hungry at all, in fact I feel kinda full so I really don't think I can put stuff in my body. I'm starting to get lightheaded from not eating though.

Do test boosters work or? What other ways can I maximize my gains?
Not sure if this is credible or not, but this article says that boosters can increase test from 20-50%, while a low dose test cycle boosts about 300%. May or may not be worth it I guess.
