well /fit/ this is my first time posting here, but i need help/advice. just stepped on scale and it said 193.6, im 5'4 male.
ive already cut soda out of my diet a while back when my gut started swelling and i formed titties, can cut sugar out of my coffee and stick with tea and water beyond that. thinking for food going for a paleo diet. i have also been doing daily walks, but obviously thats not enough. i am a total poorfag so i cant afford a gym or weights (dont already own any) so i guess im asking for a good body weight workout to start with and diet advice....

I'm not much of an expert but I believe that your time spent lifting, bodyweight or otherwise, would be maximized if you are at a caloric surplus.
Given that, your best route should be to cut weight with high cardio exercises like running biking and swimming because you'll have to be at a caloric deficit anyway to lose your extra fat.
Then, if you're intrested, try lifting when you can have a smart diet at a caloric surplus.
Not to say lifting won't burn calories but your results will be be disappointing and it's less time efficient as a weight loss method. however, you might find it the must fun/bearable.
Don't go on any crazy diet yet. Just calculate your TDEE and eat 500 calories beneath it.
After you get used to this, then you can start eating healthier foods.
Doing everything at once will probably make you fail, just saying.

I know dude, I've been underweight my whole life. Went to a gastro doctor, he gave me some stomach acid pills and I'm able to force feed without feeling nauseous.
