Is "loading phase" a real thing?
I honestly think the "loading" phase isn't a good thing at all. I did a loading phase on the creatine I bought a long time ago and I got bloated as fuck

I'm wondering what's the best way to shave my pubic region. A friend of mine shaves his armpits because he says it reduces to BO smell but that seems a bit weird.
I started shaving my pits its the most free I've ever felt (except occasionally a little self-concious in situations where others can see). Still feels/smellsgreatman
and I occasionally use a beard-trimmer on my pubes/shave the nuts/ ass crack.

Best advice for shaving your genits that I've learned is to get in the shower with like half a chub going, and just use regular ass bar soap and you'll still be able to pull the skin straight to shave it, but the semi you have will help with some spots. I pretty much shave shaft, balls and the upper part of my thighs that come in contact with the stuff so it doesn't get irritated

Random as fuck mate, some people smoke all their lives and get nothing from it, others never smoke and die of lung cancer. My dads been smoking for 40yrs now, plays football on the weekends still and goes for walks everyday, if someone else smoked like he does they'd be on a respirator by now. Just the luck of the draw mate.
Eat well, exercise regularly. Yeah you might die in a car accident while a fat neet lives to 70 but it's not about quantity it's about quality. Your 40yrs on this earth...

There's enzymes and mechanisms in your body known broadly as repair mechanisms. These include DNA repair, apopostis of damaged cells (precancerous, infected etc.) and others. If yours are rather effective, good on you. Fuck around as you wish and you'll still probably live to an advanced age. It's literally genetics.
I've noticed that whenever I start an extreme fitness program, about a month in my nights become littered with constant nightmares and sleep paralysis. Am I working too hard? do I need to change my diet? is this effecting or has this effected anyone else?
what can I do to stop this?
cant help you, this is new to me. never thought it could be related to extreme workout programs. i do split training, morning and afternoon. i just get over it since my gains are as expected.
im trying out to eat when i wake up in the middle of the night. still figuring out what food is best.

Judging by his delts, I'd say natty. Good friend of mine--a USAF operator--is somewhere around 7% bf. Never done a roid in his life. Dude is fucking dedicated to his diet, though, and has always been involved in some sort of athletics since he was a kid.
