It's actually a fantastic and simple way to workout.
If done correctly and with good form and you progress in reps, speed, and even more difficult variations you'll gain unbelievable levels of athleticism.
If you simply want to stay in shape, 20 minutes of daily simple calisthenics stretching and some jogging are more then enough and can be done anywhere at any time.
Something that permabulking autists hate because it's much more difficult to do an iron cross than work up to a 4pl8 deadlift. Also they're jelly of shredded aesthetics.

It's time to stop SS when you're not making progress.
Progress on 5/3/1 is pretty much fixed at 10/5 pounds lower/upper body every 4 weeks.
Switch from SS to 5/3/1 when progress drops below that.
I'm still progressing on SS but its starting to slow so planning my next move.
No, its fucking stupid unless you literally don't care about becoming stronger and only want to maintain lifts and go maybe 5lbs stronger in 3 months. 5/3/1 is for people who don't have enough time for the gym. You would know this if you actually read the book instead of just picking a cool sounding name, you worthless faggot.

There was this chick at my gym today with one best asses I've ever seen, doing like 8 sets of squats for 6 reps. I'm not saying that is the most efficient, but if it's all that chick is doing, then it's definitely working. Also saw her doing lunges when I left.

Not trying to act cool or brag but IM one of the biggest dudes there. I constantly get little lost looks like they expect me to talk to them.
I give nods and move on. IM there to work out. Even hot chicks I tend to ignore because guys who sit arund and gawk at girls annoy the fuck out of me.
