So is using creatine generally considered as cheating or not? I remember when one of my friends bought creatine a few years ago (when I didnt lift), we all thought he would become a monster, because of societys general outlook on supplements like this.
I started taking creatine ~15 minutes before my workout, 4x a week
Pros: lifts jumped to 15-20 lbs instantly, its honestly like popeyes spinach
Cons: front edges of hairline started receding by month 2, immediately stopped taking creatine

I tried some of those virgin pee eggs in China a few years back and they're actually pretty good. You expect them to taste bad, but they're surprisingly addictive. The texture is the same as a normal boiled egg, but they have this amazing after taste. There might also be some nutritional benefits to virgin pee eggs, but I'm not sure.
