Lads I got in a car accident and hit my knee. The doctors said it wasn't anything serious but I should stay away from heavy lifting for couple of months. So, in 2.5 months my squat went from 210kg to 160kg.
you'll build that strength up again much faster than you did originally. Lifting is more motor control than muscle size after all.
Just make sure you wear appropriate knee protection during your exercises to ensure you don't inflame the injury.
Also don't start heavy lifting unless you get the go ahead from your doctor/Physio

1 plate would is 135
the bar, typically, is 45 pounds, plus the 90 pounds (two 45 lb plates)
you should be able to figure out 2pl8 and so forth
Just keep lifting OP. You aren't going to see a whole lot of progress from just two months.

I'm losing fat but staying the same weight, and I don't even lift. I'm just dieting. What the fuck is happening?
My measurements are getting lower, so I know my body composition is changing. But my weight is at a standstill.
I do IF 20/4 and eat 1500 calories a day. 5'6 @ 165 pounds. Thinking about going down to 1200 a day.

literally avocados, peanut butter, brown bread, pasta, like 20 peanuts and maybe even consider using the minimal amount of meat or fatty fish like salmon and you're already over that fucking 2000 calorie goal
What is an affordable way I can increase this diet to 3000 calories without ruining the fat/protein/carb ratios?

I hadn't squatted, benched, or deadlifted before january of this year. I can squat 320, bench 230, and DL 405. All mostly recent PR's. Feels good. I should have a 1000 pound total in a few months if I stay consistent and don't hurt myself. Was recently rear ended though and my low back hasn't been the same since.
Well, I have never held that much weight, so I thought I could make some good gains by doing a single shrug. Also, It slipped out of my hand and I couldn't stop it. Unfortunate, but oh well.
Hey /fit/, I've been posting around here in the past few days and was wondering if approximately 10km in just walking/jogging was fine per day, as opposed to running. There aren't really paths or anything, so I was just going to walk to the local Walmart and back once a day, prolly to pick up ingredients for dinner or something since the fridge is full (I'm 19 living at home) and I can't discard any of the other junk food/soda at the house to make room for my own stuff. Sort of a complex question for you guys. I'm a semi-professional MMA fighter. As my experience has progressed I've started to realize the prevalence of PEDs within the sport. How do guys like Sage Northcutt stay so bulky yet ripped/agile? Where would I begin to learn about supplements steroids and what would I even take?

Youre basically giving money because you think its gonna make stuff easier. Its not, they cant lift instead of you. Develop some discipline and youll understand how useless a pt is.
It is 13 days into November and I'm still going strong. I don't feel any different mentally nor have my lifts gone up.
What I have noticed is how often I will fap just because I'm bored. Is this what I've been reduced too? Jerkin my cock because I'm bored? Also other side effects include odd dreams. Sometimes it's lucid dreaming with no prep or practice, others is super strange wet dreams.
Is it worth my time? I don't know, I'll ask myself that question December 1st. Who else is still going strong?
