>/fit/ enough that sloots wanna dance at clubs and festivals
>I embarrass myself with my lack of rhythm every time
>how to overcome this?
Need help tbhfam
Be intentionally bad and not give a fuck. May as well turn your lack of rhythm into a show of confidence.
My shits are making gains at a rate which surpasses my own, what do?
I took a giant shit a couple of days back, longer than my forearm but not twice as long and it easily bent in several places without any signs of breaking. It had faded red and green spots on it, almost as if it was alive.
I wish I took a picture.
This board is funny to me . i did 5 years in the joint. Im pretty fucking ripped, all i did was lift, do pushups and dips at least 5 times a week, played ball and ate 3 squares a day, probably not even getting anywhete near the amount of protien needed. Also ate a bunch of junk.
So why do you kids argue about diet and routines all day when all you literally need to do is lift 5 days a week and eat 3 squares
Good morning from Australia fellow /fit/izens.
I'd like to try a general betterment thread where we discuss and compile tips and ideas to be, who would have guessed it, better in general. Topics should include:
Socializing/ Ways to meet good people
Finance related things.
etc etc etc.
If I had anything to contribute myself I wouldn't need the thread. We are all gonna make it bro's. Let's get some good karma going today.
Before you go to bed, write a list of things you know you need/want to get done tomorrow.
It feels good to have little accomplishments throughout the day
Surprisingly simple and effective. Nice one man. Will give this a try.
Had a wrist injury so i have not lifted for 5 days i have still only ate 1750 calories a day while being mindful of my macros
Why am i not loosing any weight ?
what does Rich want us to kill?
How do I achieve King of /fit/ mode? Is this attainable natty?
High calorie food I can make fast?
What's the best milk? Whole? Skim? Reduced fat?
I have digestive issues (IBS like but, apparently, not IBS nor coeliac) and it's weird.
Full fat milk of any brand sets me off something chronic, skim milk is the only one I can have and only from a particular brand.
I stopped drinking milk because I hear it's better for your skin (and overall health...apparently) but my tum tum is playing up massively without it.
In a biological sense the sole purpose of humans is to procreate.
So, with that in mind:
What does /fit/ use to increase it's semen volume?
How long does it take to work?
Do these formulas actually work at all?
I'd really love to amp up my cumshot, which are decent but I want a super soaker.
One thing I noticed is after workouts I have extra force behind it.
Unfortunately I had surgery and I can't work out.
I don't really do much to try to increase my load anymore. I have noticed two things though. When you workout and don't have sex for a while, you'll cum much harder. Taking zinc will also make you cum more.
Post your bodies bros, pic related my pissening triceps
18, 5"9 130 lb
Finally getting some slow gains. Only three days into winterbulk no less
Welcome to /PLG/, Powerlifting General.
For the purpose of becoming a better athlete on the platform.
>where did everything go so wrong
Post progress, PR's, meet videos, lifts, or anything powerlifting related
I researched a lot on the topic of ancient exercise routines, but there are questions I can't answer.
To start, the ancients didn't exercise per se. They just took what they wanted to be good at (running, jumping, throwing and fighting mainly) and added resistance and to this. Running in armor, jumping with weights, fencing with weapons that were heavier than normal weapons, etc.
But I can't find anything about core exercises. If we go by ancient statues (pic related), they had a super thick waist without fat. How? What are some movements that load...

>thinking the ancients were actually ripped
These were ideals man, they knew alot about anatomy at the time and made perfect physiques by exaggerating the muscles but in this day and age of exercise accessibility its not hard to achieve what was once "godly" our standards have changed along with the years
