I've been eating completely clean, veggies, oatmeal, no dairy, granola and nuts for a week now and this just came out of me.

I've been lifting for around a year now just doing upper/lower and PPL, everything around 3x8-10.
When I was starting I didn't know that apparently it's a good idea to do 3x5/5x5 strength stuff first. If I did SS, Reg Park, etc. for a 3 months or so right now would it do much? My main goal is just to look good, I'm not interested in powerlifting/sports
I know this guy in my gym who started with ss, hes grown but im bigger, i always did a hypertrophy routine, currently doing ppl and always 3x8-10. dont worry keep on eating big and training
do PPL with 3x5 or 5x5 on the compounds increasing the weight each time
also add in two or three accessory exercises
the biggest pitfall people make when doing PPL that makes it useless is doing it once a week
anything less than twice a week and you might as well not even bother
so long as you are slowly increasing your volumne from week to week and you're using that muscle group twice a week you'll get gains
Please help me /fit/. I'm 5'10" 210lbs and I have a big pot belly. I've read the sticky and been cutting and on a 5x5 program for about a month now and I see no change in my physique. I usually try to suck my stomach in, but when I don't I get something like pic related, looking like friggin Randy Bobandy.
Is a caloric deficit and routine enough to get rid of this? Should I be holding in my stomach?

I know this is weird as fuck, and fundamentally this isn't a science board, but what causes men to have different sized penis, with no repercusion whatsoever regarding other features?

It's 100% genetics. Now if you are asking why some people evolved bigger penises. Well think about it this way someone with a bigger to average sized dick is going to be able to keep a mate easier. In humans the penis is designed to scrape out seaman from women's vaginas from other men so if you had a larger penis you would be able to scrape out seman of someone with a smaller dick then you.

That's a good feel. For me, I look at myself and think I've hardly made any progress, that I'm still small and so far from my goal...but I look at my first pictures from when I started and I can see the difference all my hard work and dieting has done.

I know this. I always feel weak because I'm small and white and only hang around ex football players who all magically have a 600lb squat and 400lb bench. Then I see normal people and I remember I'm actually really fucking strong compared to where I started.
