Hey I just had a revelation that maybe the presence of hot girls whether it be in person, through pictures on the walls of your room/workout area or even just browsing on fit or Instagram may increase test if you're not fapping to it.
If you think about it you and your body get that primal urge to conquer and procreate but if you fap you just send a signal to your body that you succeeded. If you don't fap you continue with the mating instincts so your test goes up.

HEY FAMStbh I was thinking of doing ss but adding lateral raises,something for rear shoulders,pullups dips.and maybe hammer curls and tricep extensions.Will this be over training.It's just that just doing SS on its own means your legs will get big and other that that and your core so you'll look DYEL(let alone look like you've made any progress) after 6-7 months.So I figure add some assistance and you'll have balanced proportions

There's no need for accessories if you are a beginner. Do ss for as long as it takes to get stronger and gain a good 7-8 lbs, probably like 3-4 months then consider going to a 4 day push pull legs with compounds still as the main focus each day.
Or you can continue doing high volume training curling a 35lb barbell and make no gains. Up to you senpai.

Something is definitely very wrong with your squat form. Squats should be near your DL, and if it's not form, then what is it? Do you think you're just genetically not built for squats?
