I lift 6 days a week and do sprints at the track 2 times a week. I was curious if the keto diet would work for me. I get that carbs are the main energy source; however, body adapts to using fats as the energy source, I believe.
they are a lot of fans or bulking-cutting here, But i hear about the,High-protein diet makes you lose fat and gain muscle AT THE SAME, its true? its a good idea?

What are the best gym apparel brands/items and where can I buy them?
Just got a membership to LA fitness and want to look presentable in a public gym, used a shitty home gym before.
It literally doesn't matter. It's just clothing you're going to sweat in. I wear all my fancy wicking stuff when I do cardio. I barely break a sweat when lifting, so I just wear whatever.
Help me /fit/ I ran out of keto food. I don't wanna cheat on my diet so i can't eat until tommorow evening. Over 24 hours without food.

Just switched to PPL from upper/lower, lost strength in a few things on push. Why? I added some more stuff to my routine that i didn't do before, such as incline bench and dips. Also started supersetring shoulder press and lat raises. Regressed in tricep overhead extension and chest flyes.
Could it be that due to my exhausting certain muscles more from the added stuff, i went down in other stuff?

I had been on a full body every other day since i started, no problems, made consistent gains. Switched to upper/lower, went 6 days a week, again made gains. If anything PPL has me putting more days between muscle groups. Could it be that a decreased frequency is fucking me over, even rhough i'm still going 6 days a week?
Is boxing a meme? I'm already pretty fit (gym for 4.5 years) and want to either do boxing or moksha (hot yoga). Ideally I wouldn't want to lose gains from the cardio that is required with boxing and I would increase strength and endurance while learning some fighting.

I'm 33. My wife left me. I'm 5'9" 175 lbs. Attractive and successful, but soft, overweight, depressed and lonely.
