HOW THE FUCK DO I GAIN WEIGHT
DOES PEANUT BUTTER HELP?
How do I JB MODE?
Can lifting make up for being ugly?
Anyone seen this film?(bridge/2006) Just started but how can they even show the people jumpin does it not categorize to snuff films in a sense?
Also mental health thread, what would drive someone to jump from a bridge?
>inb4 not fitness related
Who knows? Not me. I never lost control. You're face, to face, with the man who sold the world.
i dont understand jumping from a bridge. so public, so painful, spend last moments in agony of many broken bones and likely lungs, could be "saved" and forced to bide out death in hospital bed.
why not just overdose while you lie in your bed or some shit?
Has anyone else made the same mistakes as me?
Sometimes i feel like im the only one.
PS: are my scars so grotesque as to repulse any potential bfs?
>that attention whore that wears a sports bra and shorts that reveal her ass cheeks and does stretches in front of guys in the barbel weights area, does one set of squats of 20 lbs on the smith machines and then leaves
Just so you know, falling in love lower test for men and raises it for women.
Heres the proof btw.
>"I used to lift/workout a lot"
Why do people feel the need to tell you this?
And there's no good response to it. You can say "Oh" or "really" but you're expected to ask "why don't you anymore?" Then you are expected to listen to a boring sob story excuse about why they're now fat.
Why would I care? And why would I believe you if you look like shit now?
What are the worst excuses, stories or lies you've heard from a fat or unfit person?
>"Yeah I used to lift a lot you know, benches like 150kg easily but I started a relationship you know how it is bro haha"
>"wanna hit the gym some day bro? It'll be sweet"
>all he does is machines with way too much weight and shit form as a result
>and bench press with as big as possible 5kg plates
>spouts the most ridiculous broscience I've ever heard in my life between sets, flexes in-front...

Stop being a dick

I feel really painful inside because I wanted to lift and do sports but nobody gives a shit now.
What can one deadlift, squat and bench after two years of consistent lifting on average measured by BW?

How do i learn how to swim?
Any pointers would help.
I haven't done cardio in forever so i'd like this to be my reentry.
Get one of those floatation boards first.
The first thing is learning to relax and float. This may be difficult to impossible depending on your height, chest size and muscle mass. If you're short, small chest or have some muscle you may well sink. I'm tall with a barrel chest and the moment I gained any muscle I went into sink able territory so be aware. But this is also part of the reason you have something to help you float.
Hold onto the edge of the pool and try to relax until you feel your legs become a little buoyant. Floating is mostly relaxing and keeping your lungs somewhat inflated. Then you can practice some kicking. Once you're comfortable kicking hold onto the float in front of you or under your chest (or whatever is comfortable) and just start propelling yourself with your feet. Once you've got that down try treading water (same movement but you propel yourself upwards to keep yourself upright in the water). You can then move on to learning the arm movements for the crawl while having legs strong enough to swim with a long.

Hey /fit/. I'm wondering if anyone has advice on how to get the energy to work out? I have trouble even getting out of bed and sleep around 12 hours a day, yet wake up just as tired as when I went to sleep. (Depression is a bitch). I've started taking fish oil, b6, and vitamin D supplements. I've never felt this drained of energy in my life. My diet isnt bad since I cook all my meals for myself, usually chicken, rice, and vegetables.
I miss the feeling working out used to give me. Is my sleep schedule fucking me up? Is the depression what is sapping all my energy?
dont listen to any memes about more sleep if ur working out, 8-10 is ample sleep, also mind over matter, i dont know what its like to have depression but justdoit.jpg
were all gonna make it
