To aide in my weight loss I figured that if I swallowed 50-100 ice cubes per day that the calories burned trying to heat my body up after the ice cubes cooled it down would be 50-100 calories.
So I've been doing this for a month and I think it is helping slightly. It's an extra 3000 calories gone :)
Has anyone else done this or heard of it.
Anon you're probably losing weight because you're drinking water (eating ice cubes) in such a tedious manner that you've cut out soda/don't eat as much.
Ice cubes alone don't have enough of a temperature difference to burn even one entire calorie; you'd sooner die of hypothermia than lose weight by trying to cool down your body.
You'd rather swallow 50 to 100 ice cubes per day FOR A MONTH than just do 3000 calories of exercise in the same time period? Or just eat like 5% less?

The shoulder is a very small muscle and people generally start off with a very low weight. Buuuut muscles are muscles and low weight - high rep/ high weight - low rep will work that muscle just like any other muscle group.
High weight low rep will stimulate shoulder hypertrophy?

Takes a few weeks to build up, you might not be able to handle sun as much as you used to.
I took it years ago but stopped, can't remember why (might have caused ED for me).
I took 900mg daily, and I feel it helped to stabilize my moods. I was getting depressive episodes that were getting in the way of being a normie.

How the fuck do I get my bench up /fit/? I started lifting 6 weeks ago and I was making progress on my other lifts but bench is fucking shit.
Here is my progress:
Squats: the bar --> 115lb (yes, fucking pounds. I'm a weak skelly that never left his basement)
Deadlift: 60lb --> 170lb
Bench: bar --> 85lb
On the bright side I went from not being able to do a single pushup to being able to do multiple sets of 25...
