This is the anon from yesterday. Yesterday I claimed I ran 2km in 15mins which many of you flipped their shit about since it was apparently slow as fuck. Eventhough I trained 6 months to get there but I obviously trained wrong.
This morning I started early and I actually clocked myself.
This morning I did 5km (3.1m) in 25minutes and 47 seconds. I did 5 rounds of 1km. But it was almost one minute too slow/late. Now I didn't do this consecutive (without breaks). I did actually slowed down and started walking for 30secs to 1 minute near the end...

Also on a side note: I always train/run in the early mornings (between 6am and 7am. However the test is probably at night after 6pm.
Would this make a big difference?
Maybe I dont run so fast yet since I start running 10mins after I eat a banana and drink half a liter water with protein shake?

Hello fellow Fitizens. I am having an issue balancing diet with my exercise. When I exercise I tend to need to binge pretty instantly. I try to keep fruit on hand but if I don't I will literally eat anything that is allowed in my diet whether healthy or not.
I feel as if this is counter productive. Is this normal? And do you have any tips on controlling this? Do you think its possible that I am not getting enough calories pre workout?

I guess around ~40-50€.
It is about 7€ a day, Enough for decent food.
And no I dont cook often, I just eat as basic as possible. I am not the great cook.
Since I live in germany my main food is 'Magerquark' and 'Muesli', based quark with 60g proteins in 500g + delicious source of oats and fruit. Both is pretty cheap.
Main meal is mostly meat (turkey), either cooked or precooked with vegetables and shit.
Also as snack I eat fruit.
I dont know how much money you can spend on food but here in germany you get around 150€ a months just for food.

Hey bros I think I've got Genu Valgum legs. Im on my feet all day for work and I'm in pain for all of it. I bought better shoes that alleviated it a bit but I'm still getting chronic pain. How does getting a glock help knock knees
These are my legs. Just looking at my left leg (its my left leg the mirror just reverses it) it looks like my calves are weaker. Which I think might be a contributing factor. I'm going to work on evening up the muscles in my legs but I would still like help to get them aligned like the normal picture above.
