what do you guys do about calcium intake? i recently learned that you need 1,000 mg a day, and since i've almost completely stopped consuming dairy, i'm a bit worried that i'm not hitting this goal. 8 oz of milk = 300 mg of calcium, by the way.
I stopped consuming dairy 4 years ago because it would give me acne and I'm completely fine
