Do I proceed with caution or abort mission?
Lifting improved my facial aesthetics so much
I was thinking of getting into running to decrease my fat content (I used to go for bike rides but I want something which takes up less time), but I don't want to develop that sort of weird premature aging Auschwitz look all the runners get
Pic relevant, I'm a guy btw
I'm in Greece. Is it crazy to be thinking of turning up to the GOAT yoghurt factory?
How long does it take for food to turn into fat or muscle?
If I have a huge eating day on monday, then workout on tuesday, will any of the extra calories from monday work towards repairing the muscle or will it have been turned into fat already?
>destroying the white race by promoting race mixing
Looks like it's time to hit the gas boys
how hard do I have to work to maintain a model body?
>in b4 just stay at high test

>make waist smaller
>make hips wider
>make butt better
>make boobs bigger

What's the best piece of advice anyone has given you regarding fitness? Who gave it to you?
Did it motivate or inspire you? If so why?
>"Try and if you fail, try again, when you succeed you'll forget about the failure(s)." - Jason Zuback
Gives me motivation to this day.
>"Stay consistent, guys who don't never reach their goals" - Filipino guy I met when I was 15, had the perfect physique, gave me a target, still haven't reached it.
Kinda helps i guess. Heard it from some dude yelling at his friend.
"What if I'm not here? if you can't lift the weight alone, you die"
I always train alone so if I ever get an "OH shit sweet jesus Im stuck"moment I bust my ass so I don't break myself.
How the fuck do I get rid of my blackheads?
I've tried steaming my face for about 15 minutes, and then using those strips many times. It never works. Keep in mind I don't do it very often, I'm not trying to ruin my skin.
I was thinking about buying an extraction tool, so maybe that would work better? Or should I just go to a dermatologist? Or get a facial?
Wash your face with actual face wash and use a wash cloth not just your hands or some weird synthetic washing utensil. The walmart brand oil-free daily face wash actually works better than the name brand shit twice as expensive. A girl turned me onto it, and although i feel like a fag going into the cosmetics section to buy face wash, i cannot deny that it has cleared up the black heads around my nose.
yo. currently i am skinny fat and wish to change that, and am unsure which routine i should follow. I am torn between two similar routines;
Stronglifts 5x5 or a variation of Starting Strength from the sticky
>A - Squat, Bench, Rows
>B - Squat, OHP, DL
all 5x5 (minus deads)
while the variation of SS is:
>A - Squat, Bench, DL, Dips
>B - Squat, OHP, DL, Chins
all 3x5 (minus deads)
although they are...

I don't see a bodyweight general but I'm trying to get some basic starting routines. My doc says I should either switch to bodyweight or stop working out completely because weightlifting killed my tendon/nerves in my left arm.
I've got a few bodyweight photo thingys i can post, say if you want them all theres 9 in total
so i just finished eating around 10-12k calories of ice cream, cookies, donuts and other bullshit how fucked am i
Hey /fit/ my uni is having a themed party, the theme is autism (pic related). Just wondering if there are any /fit/ approved costumes that fit this them and won't make me look autistic. (Yes I know >/fit/ >not autistic)
Has anyone actually ever built their calves significantly? Or are people with no calve like me just fucked?
I have never seen a picture that shows actual calf progress.
thats because nobody here actually trains calves
which then leads to people saying ''muh genetics'' even though they dont train it
yes you can build calves, but you need high reps(20) or go for a run and dont heelstrike
How important is it to rest a muscle group for a day or so after a workout?
Like if I work bench press one day, should I avoid doing bench the next day? Or contrarily, would doing bench multiple days in a row result in decreased gains compared to avoiding back to back bench press?
>Like if I work bench press one day, should I avoid doing bench the next day?
Yes, that would be wise.
Usually you'd want your lifts to not be consecutive. For example,if you bench twice a week and squat + dead once a week, you'd want it to look like this, for example:
>Squat, Bench, Dead, Bench
>Bench, Bench, Squat, Dead
Just helps with recovery.
