I've either reached it, or damn near close to reaching my natty limit. Haven't gained weight in months, and yes I have a proper diet. Yeah, I gain weight when I bulk, but after I cut there's very little change. It's kinda depressing. I'm 5'7" manlet, and I weight 195. Been lifting since I was 14. What am I supposed to do now. Aesthetics is life, so inb4 loft for strength.
Are you lifts going up while bulking, and after you cut (and start eating at maintenence), have your lifts gone back to pre-bulk level or to where they were after bulking? This info will help assess the issue. Same thing goes for weight. If you're heavier and at a lower bf% something good IS happening, just maybe not as much as you want. I think your lifts are a better proxy though.

Get the number, text her right away or a day later (depending on interest level), tell her it's you and that you'll get back to her with plans.
When you have free time and want to make plans, text her again and tell her your plans and where to meet you, that's it.
Texting should be used for nothing more than meeting up and getting to see her in person.

Are isolation exercises for arms even necessary? Most of the best exercises you can do with a barbell seem to hit them hard enough.

Thats its genetically predermined. Like your fucking face, for example. People have different skulls, fat spots, amounts of skin, ETC, ETC.
The same goes for your biceps. Insertions, lenght of muscle bellies, etc that stuff.
Also, isolation for arms is for curlbro and roidfags, rest does not need it at all, you wont get huge arms anyway.
Some people already born with decent arms, like small endomorph guys or some africans.
If you train mainly for strength you should do isolation to work on weak points or rehab.
If you do bodybuilding you have to add arms isolation with no doubt, then no one get big arms from bb standards with compounds only.
