Where are my yoga bros at?
I go to yoga at a mixed use space where live bands play and there is a bar downstairs with great cocktails. Only like 3 other guys in the whole class and most of them are gay, so all the qt's in yoga pants dig on my vibe, even though I'm not very flexible yet.

i made the switch from heel to frontstrike and it really helped ALOT against shin splints etc.
now i wanna upgrade with shoes who dont have a fucking cushioned heel.
problem is i have a flat foot and used arch support wich i wanna slowly get rid of.
Some people who use frontstrike running prefer them, it all comes down to your own preference. If your concerned about arch support get a pair of new balance minimus'. The sole is firm and made by vibram, they have a small amount of arch support, cost about the same, and have the added benefit of not making you look a complete fucking tool.
How do you get invited to parties? ive been working on my social skills and stuff but all my friends are even more NEET than I am, so i dunno how to get invites.

anyways just find people that like going to festivals and events, use social networks to find people to go with to those events, if they are cool, just hang a lot with them, if not, repeat until you find cool ones. usually the people that you find at festivals and events are the outgoing kind or on some cases they are NEETs that went out that particular time because the stars aligned either way good luck

Should I bother with snatches at all if I train for general strength purposes only? What athletic benefits do they offer? They really seem like a pointless exercise with no real-life carryovers.
I am not shitposting here. They look fun and I am willing to incorporate them into my routine, I just don't see a point unless you are into oly lifting.
For general strength and explosiveness, the power variations of the snatch and clean are awesome. The power snatch will hit your upper back more as well as working on explosiveness, maybe even more so than power cleans. Although do both. Also fun.
Ok, but I have power cleans for general explosiveness. I simply don't see how snatches simulate any real-life scenario; power cleans for example simulate colliding with something with your chest.
