I've been using these caffeine pills (200mg) for lifting, and the first few days I felt like I was on speed. Hyperactive, hyper-awake, super-strong, and all that stuff.
However, after a week of using them almost daily, I started losing the 'high'. I just take them so I can wake up in the morning, and I get to gym and don't feel much more energetic than any other day.
Caffeine works as it binds with receptors for sole sleep chemicals in your brain, so when you're taking them for too long, your brain develops more of those sleep...

I am a 300 lbs fat ass, but if I was lean I'd be around 170, so 150 is pretty good I suppose.

After a woman that I loved passed away about 6 months ago, I ... collapsed.
I quit going to the gym, started smoking weed everyday again, and would drink anywhere between 6 and 10 beers each night.
I was somehow able to get up and go to work everyday, but only because I drank 2 liters of water before going to bed, and 2 energy drinks upon waking up.
I was miserable... literally shit. On days off, I would try to go back to sleep after waking up because I didn't...

had some friends pass away this year too. drank myself dumb and got a DUI. taking care of most of that now though. I ramped up the cigarettes too, smoking less now though. going to go for a long run this morning and not buying anymore today.

Rate my DL form and give constructive criticism?
This set was done after doing 3 sets of 5, so I was worn a little. Also, I didn't drop the weight because I thought it was cool I dropped it because it slipped with my greasy hands.
352 pound DL at 149 pound body weight 2 and a bit years training.
That is so stupid desu.
The rep is the first part when it comes to a One Rep Max and especially true when it is done with DL. Do you see PL lifts being disqualified because they didn't put the weight down gently or do the judges give a thumbs up when they're standing tall with the weight?
I'm currently two months into SL 5x5, and was wondering if there were any specific routines simple like SL more towards losing weight and cardio along with strength training.
Or should I just do cardio on my off days and progress like I habe been?

What were you lifts at when you stopped doing a 3x5/5x5 AB split (SS,SL,etc)? How long did it take you?
I'm not trying to get out of doing SL, I'm going to until I hit 1/2/3/4, but I'd like to hear how long most people stick with it before going to some ineffective bro split or PPL.
