Whats better for chest, bench or dips?
So fit felt my chest yesterday and it felt like it had small "tubes" wherever i pressed. So had a dream this night where i asked some guy this and he said it means that the muscle has quality or something that it or trained or some shit cant remember, is this true?

Should I get a foam roller? Y/N?
You should, foam rolling helps prevent the worst quad, ham, and lower back DOMS, and most importantly: calf DOMS, they are so fucking bad for me normally, but after foam rolling I barely even get them.
Is mixing strenght and hypertrophy training the best option? I'm talking about splits like PPL. Doing Arnold's Golden Six right now, but I'm not sure about the results it will give.

Currently 200lb (6ft 3") Trying to slowly recomp (drop some BF (18% ish atm) and slowly gain more muscle) Wont lie, planning out a diet where I'm getting enough protein is the toughest part for me.
Any real world tips for diet beyond the sticky?
Will cardio make me more motivated? Any other home remedies for lathargy?

Probably whatever food types were most common in your ancestors environment are best for your body. And I would stress the enviroment part, not their actual diets because I'm sure even the cavemen managed to invent some unhealthy greasy shit to eat.
